Starting in 1973, the Rhätische Bahn purchased a total of ten cars to transport petroleum products. During 1997 and 1998, the tanks of these cars were replaced for environmental protection and safety. The LGB model is an accurate replica of car number 8138. The car can be filled and emptied. The tank is decorated with an authentic advertisement.
