It's easy to add power and sound to most European-style LGB starter set locos with an LGB motorized tender.

This tender has a big motor powering all four wheels. Digital electronics generate steam, bell and whistle sounds. An adjustable volume control lets you set the sound level for indoors or outdoors. (No on/off switch.)

Two multi-purpose sockets. The tender also includes a track-mounted bell/whistle trigger and customizing stickers. Length over the buffers 22 cm.
