Warranty and complaints

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
If this is the case, or if you suspect that an item is not working correctly, please contact us (by phone or email) to see how we can solve the problem.
Costs for return shipment:
For both the return of goods i.v.m. the right of withdrawal, as well as for the return of goods for a guarantee claim, the risk and the costs incurred for the return shipment are fully for the buyer.
